1. Introduction

5. Account Registration

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team using the details provided in Section 15. Upon closure, your access to Account-specific features will be revoked. These Terms remain in effect with respect to any activity that occurred prior to Account closure.

14.2 Suspension by 999m

999m reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and/or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• You provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• Your Account has been accessed fraudulently or is suspected of being used for fraudulent purposes;
• You fail to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including the age requirement;
• Your use of the Platform poses a legal, compliance or reputational risk to 999m;
• We are required to do so by any applicable law, regulation or court order.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 12 (Governing Law) — shall survive.
